(I did a little search for this prior to making this thread, sorry if it's a duplicate!)

I'm just wondering if anyone else here is using Compassion Focused Therapy in their endeavors to cope with/overcome their issues?

If so what are your experiences? What material have you read? Are you working with it by yourself, have a therapist spe******ing in it or have you attended any work shops? Any particular exercises that help you? etc.
