can't calm down

i didnt think i was stressed out. maybe just shrugging things off as not a big deal. but i think it's getting to me.
chest tight, shaky, feel like i can't breathe deep enough, anxious feeling, easily tear up if i think about things... trying to fight it back and just calm down, focus.

i drank a nice cup of tea and just distracted myself with youtube for a bit, and felt okay for a while, but the feelings returned.... i'm just so stressed about money and taxes and certain relationships and the future right now. i dont know what to do >_<

i just wish i felt okay physicaly...

I get all of those symptoms with anxiety as well except the crying. One thing that has helped is walking. If I'm feeling all anxious and uptight I go for a walk it all starts to melt away.
Of course thar doesn't help with the underlying issues but it helps some with the physical part.

I agree with S_Spartan. Going for a walk can give you a different outlook on things. It makes me feel better physically and mentally. Especially if it's in a park with lots of trees and less people around. It's a better fix than any medicine I could take.

Any exercise will do. Plus being outside since the weather is warming up.

Walking is the only thing that works for me as well. Sadly for me it doesn't go away I feel as if I become numb to it more than anything.

I know that feeling...I may not know the full situation to your dilemma but I've been through anxiety attacks. I tried to lay down watching a movie relaxing and sitting still etc...but it wouldn't work. Like all the others have said here is to take a walk. I did that a lot too and it helped me. Though in the day is probably a lot safer to do it.
