I can't bottle this up anymore. I just can't I can usually keep a cool head about everything, I'm super easy going. But today my girlfriends father punched her this boiled my blood. Then not even an hour ago he hit her again. The voices in my head are exploding. I can't even say half of what they are saying in fear of what people will think. They show me violent images and it feels like there is hate in my veins.

You're right to feel angry. But handle it like a man. Protect your GF by calling the police.
Let them handle it. Show that arse wipe of a 'father' that you wont stand for it.

Call the police, let them handle the physical part.

Yes, it would be very hard to keep your cool after witnessing that.

I agree with the others, you should definitely ring the Police. He will continue to punch her as long as he thinks he can get away with it. :thumbdown:

I am sorry to hear that Dannyboy bro... The best thing to do at this point is to call the cops before it gets worse..
