can someone have both OCD an AvPD?

hi everyone,im a newbie,, actualy this is the first post if ever written for any forum,,,,ever
was jus wondering iff its possible to hav both ocd an avpd bcuz i checked all the symptons of both an i gues i relate alot to both of them.
i seem to hav had ocd for a while now.. then on this site i went through all the others jus out of curiosity..
so maybe the avpd symptons like feeling inadequte around ppl an realy self conscious is jus part of the ocd? neways i dunno soo...wud appreciate any replies.thanks

Yes, it is quite common for someone to have AvPD and another disorder like OCD.
