building up resistance to cipramil

hi all.

don't know if anyone can help with this but its worth a try.
I take cipramil for SA and it seems to work pretty well, (not 100% but i have a life when i'm on it).
I've been on it for afew years on and off but every so often they stop working as i build up resistance to it and i have to come off them. i'm off them at the moment and am not so good.
I usually stay off them for three months to get them completely out of my system before going back on them. However i have another month to go and it seems like a life time at the moment.
Does anyone else have to do this and if so how long do they take to get out of your system so you can start again. I know i shouldnt rely on them but ive tryed cbt and countless other things over the years and they are my only help!

The withdrawal effects tend to wear off after a couple of weeks if i come off slowly but does this mean they are out of your system and you can start again????????? or should you leave it longer to be on the safe side?????????
who knows any response would be a great help XXXXXXXXXXXX :
