I originally wrote this article linking each supplement I use. Not every supplement is the same, in the forms they take and the dosages. I have taken out the links as I wrote this to help all of you and I am not some advertising scam artist, however if you want to know where I buy my supplements and which I take, please drop me a PM and I will be happy to reply.
I am not responsible for any harm done to yourself by anything you have read in this article, this is all things I have picked up and learnt over the years and I have found to work for me personally.
This is by no means finished, as science and understanding is always evolving I will keep adding to this article and constantly improving.

Diet:
Diet is one thing I cannot stress enough to correct. If you take and do one thing from this guide, the most beneficial to you will be changing your diet.
Let me tell you right now. This diet isn’t going to be high sugar and fast food like you may be used to, these foods are poisons to the body and if your goal is to be healthy, under no circumstances should they be eaten.

So, what can I drink?

Water is the only thing you should and need to drink. Humans have evolved for thousands and thousands of years drinking water alone, nothing else is needed. However due to the US government contaminating the water supply with fluoride it is more harmful than you think. Flouride is poison and should not be consumed by any human being; fluoride affects the thyroid gland, which, as I will explain later in the guide, is extremely important, especially for people like us with anxiety and excessive sweating.

The best way to remove fluoride from water is a reverse osmosis water filter. I recommend everybody purchase one for drinking water and don’t forget to get one for showers/baths.

Salt in water can be used to clean the teeth, or any non fluoride toothpaste will do.

So how can I remove flouride?

Iodine is one of the most misunderstood nutrients in the world. It is estimated 96% of Americans are iodine deficient. Iodine removes fluoride, chlorine and many other unwanted metals from the body as well as helping to regulate the thyroid.

Iosol is one of the best ways to get this iodine.

Make sure to take a selenium supplement always when taking iodine, as iodine depletes selenium. 200mg minimum is enough. Do not take iodine if you are allergic to it. There are two forms of selenium, selenomethionine and methylselenocysteine. Methylselenocysteine helps regulate the thyroid, while selenomethionine binds and helps remove mercury. Both are important if you can afford it but if I had to pick one to use, I would choose selenomethionine as the iodine will be enough to help the thyroid.

Magnesium and vitamin C are two other nutrients which can help and aid the body in using the iodine, to ensure the least problems, using these two as well would be wise.

Initially when removing metals with things such as iodine, you may feel a herxheimer reactions, which is where you feel extremely ill and often get flu like symptoms. This is because of the harmful metals that have laid dormant in your organs for so long being stirred up. You may need to take a day or two break from the iodine if these are bad, the symptoms will eventually pass and you’ll feel great. People have reported a temporary increase in sweating which usually reduces around 2 weeks after starting iodine. I believe this is a bodies way to detoxing and getting out the metals as fast as possible.
Salt loading is one way to reduce large herxheimer reactions.

“1/4 teaspoon* unrefined salt dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water, then followed immediately with 12-16 oz pure water.
Repeat in 30-45 minutes if needed. May repeat again until copious urination begins.
Observe subjective response (usually within several hours).
*Iodine Investigation Project participants have found 1/2 teaspoon salt dissolved in water works faster than the 1/4 teaspoon dosage.
Pulse dosing of iodine has often helped our participants with detox symptoms: taking a two day break from iodine supplementation as needed seems to enhance the kidneys’ ability to excrete bromide. These are only our observations as educated patients. Consult your own physician about your particular iodine regimen.”


What can I eat?

Unlike many magazines and programs offering “the perfect diet for YOU” there is no one diet that is perfect for everybody, as everybody is different.
A good starting point is a metabolic typing test,

This will give you a vague understanding on whether you are a carb or protein type.

Once you have established what type you are, you will now know whether to focus more on proteins or carbs.

A low oxalate diet is safe for all, however if you do not have an oxalate problem it is not necessary. However if you have anxiety, it may be necessary, due to an impaired thyroid gland.

Home-Low Oxalate Diet

Oxalates can interfere with the smooth running of the thyroid gland, a vital organ in the human body. It works almost as a pairing with the adrenal glands, if one isn’t working properly, it often tires the other out. The adrenal glands produce and regulate cortisol. Cortisol is part of the “fight or flight” response, so imbalances in either the thyroid or adrenal glands can produce anxiety or anxiousness. One symptom of adrenal fatigue is excessive sweating, which is why I suggest HH users to take notice of this as well. Due to these reasons I would strongly recommend a low oxalate diet for everyone, even if you don’t have oxalate problems.

A low oxalate diet is quite limited, however you need to break out of the mindset that food is luxury, as food is just fuel. If you feel hungry, try drinking a large glass of water apparently:

37% of North Americans have suppressed their thirst mechanism to the point that it is often misinterpreted for hunger.
Even mild dehydration can slow down one's metabolic rate by as much as 3%.”

If you are still hungry 15 minutes after a glass of water, eat something, if not you were just thirsty. Contrary to what misinformed people believe, you are not “tricking” the body into thinking food is water.

I would also take it easy on the fruit. Contrary to popular belief fruit isn’t good for everyone and some people might not react well to it. Fruit is also very high in sugar, if an individual has a candida problem, candida thrives and is fuelled by sugar, so a high sugar diet may be making a problem like this worse. Symptoms of candida problems include anxiety and nervousness.

Contrary to what people believe, brewers yeast fights off candida and doesn’t make it worse. Iodine is also very effective in removing candida.

I recommend reading the book The Warrior Diet by Ori Hofmekler. In short, the book promotes intermittent fasting where you eat small amounts during the day, then eat the majority of your days food at night. The idea is to eat the majority of your days food later in the day, rather than skipping meals and not replacing food you would have eaten before, which can be very dangerous. Studies have shown it is has a positive effect on the body. If you want to read why, buy the book. Ori has put a lot of time and effort into the book and it is a must read for everybody serious about diet.

Alcohol and smoking should be avoided.

Metals
Metals wreak havoc in the body. Fact. I use to use prescription aluminium deodorants nightly, filling my body with metals, which in the long run is harmed me. Aluminium is constantly being linked with cancer as well as many other terrible things. My anxiety was at it's peak 2 weeks following a flu jab (pumped full of mercury) My throat was constantly tight and I felt permanently in "fight or flight" mode. I am now chelating to remove these destructive metals from my body.

Iodine as I mentioned before is effective at removing aluminium as well. Do not take any other metal chelators at least 3 hours away from iodine to ensure effectiveness.

Humifulvate is fantastic for removing metals, specifically mercury.
Take one cap before sleep, at least 3 hours after eating anything. You only need to take it for 2-3 months until all the metals are gone. You can then just use the iodine long term and use humifulvate if metals and symptoms return.

If you have fillings in your mouth, you should get them removed before starting any metal chelation, to avoid complications.
Modified citrus pectin is also very effective at removing metals.

Exercise

Exercise is another massively overlooked factor. The best form of cardivascular exercise is high intensity interval training, often abbreviated as HIIT. Search HIIT on Google, there is a vast range of HIIT exercise plans for you to follow. Continuous training (long distance, no change in intensity) is a waste of time and can actually weaken the heart over the long term.

Sleep

There's no money for doctors to tell patients to get more sleep. They just prescribe drugs which mask the problem. Sleep is the time when the body heals, if you believe the cause is internal, something is being messed up, what I have addressed above can hopefully correct most of these problems, removing the use of drugs, which in the long run are doing more harm than good.

Try sleep in complete darkness, if not, the body may have problems naturally creating melotonin itself which results in making it harder to get to sleep and less restful sleep.

Melotonin can be used prior to sleeping to aid sleep, however make sure to cycle it as the body can get accustomed to it and lose effectiveness.

Supplements

As I have said in other threads, I believe supplements that specifically combat anxiety, as well as a whole range of other health benefits is the answer.

# Vitamin C (1,000-4,000 mg) -- best taken with bioflavonoids. The more bioflavonoids the better, some people report negative side effects with too high doses of vitamin c, take it steady.
# Vitamin E w/mixed tocopherols (800 IU/day)
# Pyridoxine B6 (150 mg/day) (Provided in brewers yeast)
# Pantothenic Acid B5 (1200-1500 mg/day)
# Magnesium Citrate or orotate (400-1200 mg) (Some is provided in brewers yeast) Magnesium oxide is the cheapest and worst form of magnesium, avoid it. Orotate is the best form, but if short on money, go for magnesium citrate, which is what I use. Too high a dose causes loose stools, keep reducing dose until the loose stools stop to find your ideal dosage. Magnesium is also effective for helping you get to sleep, doses as small as 250mg have been found effective.
# Liquid Trace Minerals -- they have a calming effect due to providing various different minerals needed for the body.
*My top 2 suppelments*
# Niacinamide 1-1.5 grams per day (Extremely good for anxiety, I use this if nothing else, extremely cheap)

# Brewers yeast 3-6 grams per day (Brewers yeast provides niacin, B6 and many, many other vitamins and minerals which are vital for many different things.
Brewers yeast is a whole food supplement, which means the body can make use of the nutrients it provides, unlike synthetic vitamins such as multivitamins which the body may not be able to use properly and have to excrete. I personally take a minimum of 9 of these tablets a day, a lot of people don’t report positive unless they take a lot, it’s not uncommon to sometimes take more than 20 a day.

Cold showers

This is a kind of alternative, I personally would recommend everyone at least try this, as it is free. At Earth Clinic there are many testimonials by people like you and me using cold showers to improve their anxiety.

Abstaining

Another controversial topic, which will be argued until the end of time. The way I see it is, when you ejaculate, semen contains many vital nutrients to the body, such as zinc. Abstaining keeps those nutrients for your body to use and repair itself. Many people have reported less sweating and anxiety after reducing the amount of masturbation. Try limit it to once a week.

so far how much progress did you make with this?

on a side note: everthing seem doable except abstaining, once a week that's imposible

My anxiety has gone, energy up, happiness up. Once a week? Have some self control man. ;) It's not a major part of the regimen.
