what is best voltage for homemade iontophoresis ?

i used 24 volt but was too high and sometimes painful
so
now using 18 v
should i keep doing 18 v or get back to 24 v

24 = better + faster result

If it's too painful, scale back to 18V and throw salt into your water bath to increase the conductivity. I used 24V and started getting small blisters.

Electricity chooses the path of least resistance!
Put vasoline or Aquephor on your nails and cuticles and then get your hands or feet in the water bath. That will eliminate the sting :)
The vasoline will be a barrier for the current and very little or no electricity will go to the parts that have vasoline or Aquephor on it. The parts of skin that are exposed, will be the site where the current will flow and subsequently bring the hyperhidrosis under control.

i got it too
can do about 40 m of 24 v
but when i change polarity
it becomes very painful and cant keep my hands in water

18 v is fine
but i am not sure if it will work :question:

Pain ≠ effective.

18V with salt and baking soda increases the effectiveness of iontophoresis treatments.
