Axillary Hyperhidrosis Problem

Hey guys my names Dylan and i thought i would share my story and ask for advice. I have had hyperhidrosis for going on 2 years now and its very frustrating. It only happens in my armpits for the most parts and happens when i go to work, or the gym or anywhere with people. Every day i go to work and i mean EVERY DAY i leave with pit stains the size of softballs in each pit. I recently have been taking robinul and drysol together. I usually apply drysol and saran wrap my armpits for the night. Then i take 2 robinul by mouth. Needless to say doing this does not stop the sweat at ALL. Ive been to doctors and dermos and non of them act like its that big of a deal. I feel so alone and uncomfortable 24/7. I have no clue what to do and i dont see a light at the end of the tunnel anymore. I cant even simply walk through a mall without feeling water pour down my sides. Also i have tried every antiperspirant deodorant on the market nearly. Im guessing this has alot to do with anxiety thought because i feel so awkward around people and feel like everyone is watching me. I sweat like this year round no matter what the temp I have even resorted to wearing 2 undershirts beneath my dress shirt and still managed to sweat through a bit onto the dress shirt. Along time ago i took a drug called accutane for my acne , not sure if that could be causing it maybe? Im clueless any comments would be much appreciated! Thanks!:crying:

Accutane is not the cause... you may suffer from Primary Axillary HH. Moving forward, you should consider BOTOX as treatment.. can be effective in up to 90% of cases.
Search the forum or click on the sweatfree link for more information.
This treatment is subsidised in Australia, as well as the UK, your medical insurance may cover this...
all the best.

Dylan, i have successively used Botox under my pits to stop the sweating. My insurance covers it 100% Go to a dermatologist that can help you and has done it before. My doctor uses numbing cream before the injections, so its a painless procedure and helps me stay sweat free under the pits for at least 5 months.

What kind of insurance is that? Unfortunately, I don't have any right now...I agree, Botox works great but it was too expensive for me. I had to stop after a few treatments.
