Awkward

I feel almost embarrassed to contact people I know as acquaintances. Sort of like I'm not allowed to call them. Its very isolating.I can't tell whether they want me to or if I'm reading their signals wrong. They've given me their numbers but I cant help thinking that my calling out of the blue would be odd in some way. I would realy like to talk to someone right now and hang out.

I misread, and also replied to this thread after seeing that "looking for love!" thread spammed all over.. Sorry.

I have a hard time contacting people too..

i'm talking more about the feeling of isolation....feeling like I can't reach out to people.

I also feel like I shouldn't call people sometimes. For me, it helps if I have something specific to ask, like: "Wanna go to the movies?"
Just saying "Wanna hang out?" just doesn't cut it.
