Avert not working

Hi everyone, my name is Maciek i am from Poland and i am 28 years old. I have hyperhidrosis for about 10 years and it is on whole my body but worst on my face, back and torso.
At first i tried botox with no results, next was ditropan 5 mg with very slight results and now i am on avert. At first few days i took one 2 mg pill on empty stomach about 3 hours before breakfast with no results. Now i am taking 2x2 mg pills and still it is not working. What should i try now? More pills at once? or mby try to pull powder by nose? I read so many positive stories about glycopyrrolate and i had so big hope about it and now i am so disappointed... Pls help me.

Try taking it with food or take 4mg.

I took it with food but it has like 0 effect in that way. Also i didnt see any difference when i am taking 4 mg or just 2 mg - it is rly strange. I am currently pulling powder by nose and in that way i see improvment but still it is definitely not 100 % sweat free just mby like 50 % and it didnt last long - mby couple of hours.

No idea personally so it would be really better if you talk to any expert or doctor, no suggestion more then that.

Two things increase effectiveness of Avert:
- Drink a good amount of water with the capsules, like half a glass of water.
- Get up and move around, don't lie in bed or sit.

I take Avert before work and it tends to kick in with 1.5-2 hours. If I'm lazily at home on the weekends sometimes it never kicks in. Moving around + drinking more water helps you get maximum absorption.

Have you tried Vichy 7 days antiperspirant? It's a cream hypoallergenic, not for your face but is apt for the rest of your body. Apply at night after a shower, just a small amount then let it dry for about 1 minute. Is also great to eliminate BO. Pricey, but a lifesaver!

Thanks for advices mates, at this time i find that definitely best effect i am geting is when i am pulling powder by nose. The sweating reduction is almost immediatley and i dont need to care about food. Still i must ask folks from pharmacy.ca what they think about taking this drug on this method is it safety or not.
