I'm from Wellington and have become friends with a guy on this website. He looks and acts remarkably normal. It's good to know that other people have similar problems with socialising though. Good luck with meeting some fellow social phobics!

hey, just came across this forum. don't know how I didn't find this sooner as i've spent YEARS searching for as much stuff to help my crazy self.
I'm 21, social phobia since I was little. Been in therapy and got so much out of it but haven't been this year and have relapsed pretty bad. Now I feel as if I am blushing all the friggen time in one anxious heap.
Anyways, yup I from Auckland.

Yup I'm real keen to meet up with any of you guys. I see it as the next step in improving my SA. I joined meetup.com hoping to join a SA support group there, but there aren't any. However there are many people who have shown an interest in joining such a group on that site, but again I'm not sure if these people have logged in to that site recently. Aaaarrggghh! Frustrating.
