I don't know anything about the cd mentioned above but, I have listened to some discs by Paul Mckenna on positivity and self confidence, and they are very uplifting. He puts a bit of nlp and hypnosis in the mix. The more you listen to it the more your subconscious picks up on it. Well worth a shot.
