Aww, I thought performance on stage... I did usually have anxiety before appearing on stage or such...

SINGING AND THEATRE or COMEDY IMPROV and such!!!

yes, very definitely, many times

it helps to be comfortable with the person you're with

and to work on clearing your mind and just staying in the moment

Personally I think with the right person you forget about things, haven't had that much experience in that department anyway lol... and maybe it's different for men

I don't think of those things as 'performance' more like... experience... Like you get caught in the moment and it helps if it's not too bright in the room lol..
