I'm also from Ireland.

I have different symptoms from you (regarding eye contact problems I read from another post by you).

I used to be uncomfortable making eye contact, but it is no longer a major problem. I have different problems to you, but they do not seem as severe.

thanks for the replies.everybodys sp manifests itself in different ways but there are some commonthreads.i think by exploring these common threads we can help each other,support and interaction is vital .i would love to join a support group where i live,i believe it would really help.

I cant believe this forum exists . I have to go to the doctor tommorrow to tell him of my problems and im scared big time . Hes treated me for years for other stuff and i have never metioned this to him before and im afraid of what he will think of me thats my diagnoses right there dont you think .
I would be happy to talk to anybody about this problem im just happy ( not the right word i know ) im not alone .

Went to my doc this morning , a medical emergency came in had to
arrange another apointment for tommorrow morning which means i will
have another 24 hours of waiting thinking and not sleeping to do - oh the joys of sp it always finds a way to bite you when your always expecting it to.
