Anyone in Germany? I'm not German though.

I live in Germany, looking for someone who suffers social phobia or avoidant personality disorder.

I've been having this problem for over 16yrs.
Because of this illness or simply lack of grit, I haven't succeeded keeping job.

Doing almost every little thing drains my nerve and exhausts me.

HOpe I can find someone lives nearby.

Finding someone nearby who has SA isn't too hard. Whether they exist in this forum or not, SA sufferers are everywhere.

Thanks for the comment.

Right, but I haven't seen anyone who looks nervous as bad as I am.
Everyone seems better than me. Or may be it's only in my head.

Why is it so difficult to change my ill thinking!
I know the way I perceive things is not accurate.
Gosh, I hate it.

Just stick in this forum, we have A LOT of understanding people in here. Besides, if you want to find out more about yourself or find more about what goes on in people with SA mind. Just stick here for a while and you'll learn many things.

I'm from Germany.
How are you doing without speaking German ? I had a colleague who didn't speak German as well and he brought every time some letters for translation with him.

The first step in changing ill-thinking is to recognise it for what it is, which you have already done.

Hi. I'm doing fine, thanks.
I can survive without speaking German since I live in U.S. armed forces facility.
But yes! It would be much easier to explore Germany if I spoke German.

Thank hoddesdon.

Yes. I know the way I think is wrong.
It's like I'm wearing a pair of special glasses which distorts everything I see.

I'm trying to fix it.
