Anyone fidget, feel like you want to crawl out of your skin or restless legs?

Hello, I have this problem from time to time, sometimes it reminds me of ADHD but I know its also related to anxiety problems. I'm on meds for S.P. but the week before my period (I hope no one minds me bringing up feminine problems lol) it doesn't matter that I'm on medication, my S.P. comes through I guess because of hormones.
And at work all this week I've been feeling like I want to crawl out of my own skin, jittery, can't get comfortable, legs bothering me..I hate it. Anyone else have these problems due to menstral cycle or for other health reasons? Guys you can answer too if you have problems like this due to other health factors like ADHD etc..

i've always been fidgety

my legs seldom stop moving

was diagnosed with ADD as an adult - but then another doctor thought my symptoms were due to anxiety and AvPD rather than ADD, so who knows

i do tend to be more fidgety the more anxious I am - although when I get hit with a full-blown attack of fear, I more likely just feeze up completely and go silent, as though I'm hiding inside myself, peeking out from behind the curtains

^ This is the same for me too. I'm going to bring up the whole feminine issue too, and I apologize, but right before and during my period I get so anxious. I don't really fidget so much as I just feel like crawling in a hole or something. I also get very depressed and angry. :p It's bad enough I feel these emotions on a nearly daily basis, but it's about twice as bad during that time of the month.

Thank you for the replies. it helps to know Im not the only one. Anyone else fidget, can't get comfortable sitting or have restless legs etc?

Yeah, when I get really anxious. And it's not usually anxious in the sense that I'm really afraid, it's more just a general inability to relax - tension, I guess. I feel as though I am physically incapable of relaxing. The only thing that relaxes me is alcohol or antihistamines or something similar. Basically, sedatives. I think I need to be prescribed a sedative.... I wish they weren't addictive :(

I have restless legs. Dunno if it because I dont really exercise.
I don't view it as a problem though. Shifting around in your chair often is much better than staying fixed in the same position, and moving your legs alot helps leg vein pumps circulate the blood
