Advice wanted from anxiety sufferers - please!

Meds and CBT didn't help me much. Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is the only thing that has really helped me. There's a new ACT self-help workbook called "The Mindfulness and Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety". Perhaps it can help you as much as it's helped me. Hopefully then you'll both be able to go out together and live fuller lives.
