A movie about a girl dealing with depression

Its a short movie called Speak. It tells about a girl who was raped by a senior in a party so she called the cops. She was too afraid to tell everyone why she had the cops, so everyone started to shun her, even her best friend. She became depressed and hardly talked to anyone. Her mom was busy with her work, and her dad was unemployed so they paid little attention to her problem. This movie stars Kristen Stewart, and I like her here more than in Twilight.
It is based on a novel with the same name. If you have time I think you should find and read it. It is more detailed and a bit different from the movie. I like both the novel and the movie.

Wow this looks interesting. Kristen was only 13 in this movie. Thank you for the link. Gonna watch the whole thing now. :)

awesome! thanks for the link. This looks great.....I think I saw the trailer for this ages ago before I knew who Kristen Stewart was! Wicked, I'll check it out.

Yeah but the movie could be a bit better if they talked more about relationship between Melinda and David Petrakis, like their incident on Valentine Day which the novel has. Also Melinda's depression is described better in the novel and I like the opening ending of it better. Anyway I like Kriten's acting in this movie.
