Why are women attracted to men who use them and discard them like so much Kleenex? If that's what women want, I guess I'll die a virgin because I can't be that guy. I don't want to be that guy.

I don't know, perhaps they don't realise they are this kind of guy untill they dump them, o'r perhaps they have low self esteem.

I think most females wants alpha males rather than assholes, but they would still prefer an asshole to a nice guy. Males like us are not on the list of potentional partners for females. Therfore we must stop thinking about it all. The best you can be is to become a shoulder to cry on when the girl's boyfriend is rude to her. Just to next day hear her tell about howt hey had sex. Girls often want to have a bad guy because they want to try to make him sensitive to her. But still be a bad guy to everyone else.

I wholeheartedly agree my friend, I can't just throw out 25 years of being taught by my parents how to treat others with kindness and respect, which unfortunately includes women...

I can't change who I am just so that these so called "girls" can find me physically attractive, if that's all you want is a night with me then forget you, you're not the type of girl I want anyway...

I believe once you get out and experiance the real world you'll realise its simply a generalisation you are making as ive seen friends who are in relationship with just very nice guys who arn't the rough around the edges sort or the alpha male but are quietly confident people, esepcially in this current generation its becoming more common for girls to be as strong and commanding as the males ...

people are too complex that you can't make a fleeting statement like "girls choose ass holes" yeh sure it does happen and where i live i see many girls falling for the yuppies, the guys with the sports cars and money, so they are after the security ..some girls want the loud alpha male because they see it as being taken on an adventure, some girls can't decide so they jump from boyfriend to boyfriend in a short time, it depends on what they are attracted to ..

my advice is to just stop thinking about it because it'll do your head in especially if you are single, just be yourself and immerse yourself in your hobbies and interests and by living the way you want girls will be attracted to your self-confidence ..

some girls like quiet guys too ...

once you stop obsessing you'll also be more inclined to approach and talk without thinking "does she like me, or not, am i saying the right thing" .. etc

Yep there are lots of good relationships out there. I'd say 80% of the couples I know are in very healthy equal relationships.

There are always going to be certain types of girls who want to be with guys who them like crap... but those girls have issues which draw them to those particular men.

Guys who seek out women to treat as sexual objects (focusing entirely on their looks) have similar self-esteem issues.

While it is true you can't lump everyone into the same category. I would say an asshole who has confidence is preferable over a nice guy with self-loathing who feels he is worthless. It's all part of evolution I guess.

Its nothing more than social climbing. Those type of women use the "A-Hole guys" to become more popular.
