SDLA? (sub dermal laser ablation) performed on all areas of compensatory sweating ie. back chest thighs etc? too good to be true?
I had ETS performed on me in 2002 for severe hyperhidrosis of the hands, feet and underarms and face. it was a success or so it seemed at first but eventually my compensatory sweating of the chest back legs and buttocks became unbearable and debilitating. I often travel to tropical places where theres extreme heat and humidity and lets just say; WOW I WAS SOAKED!!!

So Ive heard that dr nielson, the surgeon in texas who did my ets now does subdermal laser ablation with curretage of the sweat glands in the underarms ,chest , back, legs and even feet!? I really want to hear from people who have info on this new technique and the possibilities it offers. I see a legion of people bashing him on websites calling dr nielson a monster due to the quality of life of many of the post ets patients such as me who are soaked all day long basically. But i want to hear some unbiased facts about sdla before making any decisions.Thanks everyone!
