I just finished paying for my car this December, a lovely New Yearís gift indeed. This 2016 I am aiming to have my dream house, nothing fancy though I just want to have a house of my own really. As usual Iím going to apply for a house loan and Iím currently exploring and looking for some options. Does anyone here can recommend an efficient finance company that offers fixed-rate mortgages?

Try bankrate.com

They let you compare to see which lenders are offering the best rates for fixed-rate mortgages.
