I understand the expose part well , but when you read therapist article or forums , its really clear how to do the Response prevention . If I fear killing my son ,Do i tell my self ''im gonna kill my son'' to desensitive or ''I MAY kill my son'' or ''accept the thought without any signifiance''
These are 3 different way to react , which one the therapist suggest??
