How do you post up your profile pic?

Is it under albums? It says no bb coding does that mean blackberry and if I have to put coding where do I get it from?

I have no idea what bb coding is, but basically you go under "User CP", click on "Edit Profile Picture", enter a URL from a website you might be hosting your picture from, or simply upload a picture from your computer by clicking on the "Browse" button and choosing whichever one you want to upload.
