Paxil is making me very tired

I was going to the gym before 4 hours a day, and yesterday after starting paxil I couldn't last 15 minutes, went home and just slept. I keep sleeping and yawning all the time. I'm only taking one 25 mg pill and I don't know why it's making me this fatigued. Will this feeling go away? I feel even more depressed. Thank you.

and do you gain weight just from the medicine, or you gain weight because you start eating more? I don't want to gain weight! :'(

Thanks for the replies. But I just can't work out in this state. I feel VERY VERY fatigued, all I do is sleep.

so should I quit it. atm I feel like I wanna beat someone up, sort of like energetic. It's weird I've been very tired but now i feel like beating someone and clenching on my jaw!

Did you check your thyroid or testosterone level? If the harmones are not right your moods may swing that way! or did you take roids!lol..

why would I wanna check my thyroid or testesterone level? does Paxil reduce them? >.>

Paxil doesnt reduce them, but low thyroid or low testosterone levels can cause chronic drowsiness and fatigue
