The first two weeks are training and I'm very anxious. I had to quit my last job due to extreme nervousness and panic attacks. Now I'm on medication and going to therapy, so I think I will be ok, but I'm still worried about fitting it and feeling comfortable. It's been 6 months since I last worked, so I'm kind of out of it right now. Anyone have any pointers? I hope there are some friendly people there. At my last job I felt everyone was hard to talk to and didn't give a Fuc*. Hopefully the CBT positive self talk with get me through this. Anyways, I'm a bit stressed now, so any advice you have for me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
