Any exercise is good exercise really :) And cardio is probaly the best for getting fit and making you feel good which your doing with the bike 8)

You could try doing some sit ups aswell as push ups?And if your doing 100 pushups your doing well,it would be worth putting some weights or even just books on your back when you do the push ups, also spacing your hands wider targets different muscle groups which would help :)

Starting tomorrow (at night when there are less people about). Just a 20 min. jog or something. Every third day perhaps.

I'm too anxious to go jogging, so I work out at home. I use an exercise bike aswell and I also love skipping. It's really hard, I was awful at first, but it feels really good and intense.
Also general muscle building exercises are good for strength (obviously :p), I do things like push-ups, squats, lunges, weights and sit ups.

Have fun! I do love my exercise.

I wear my jogging clothes to bed, and have my alarm go off at 6. The riverside is right by my house, with a long sidewalk that is about 6 km's and its about 40 mins for a full jog. I just get up and go, got my cd player with me... cus my ipod died :(.

I started out slow by doing push ups and now I go to the gym 6 days a week and it shows

Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to add some muscle? If you want to lose weight you still want to lift weights, because that burns a lot of calories. If you want to gain muscle, you don't need to do much of any cardio because you're trying to add weight.

The best resources are internet forums. rosstraining.com has a great forum on bodyweight exercises so you don't even need equipment (or at least not anything expensive) Ross has a great book called Never Gymless thats all about working out at your house. You can get all the info you need from forums for free, but a book just puts it in one convenient place. (I'm only mentioning rosstraining because there's a lot of BS out there and Ross walks the walk and I have Never Gymless and loved it)

I go swimming every once in a while (always with my sister, I can't bring myself to go alone).
I lost 20 pounds a couple of years ago and everyone says that I look thin already but I still don't feel comfortable with my body.

Lift some weights or do some bodyweight exercises. When you don't have much fat, it makes your muscles look bigger, so hitting a the weights a couple days a week could help a lot
